Credit rating agency Moody’s reported that more banks are expected to come under pressure following the failure of Silicon Valley Bank.

The credit rating agency Moody’s announced that it has put six American banks on the list for reanalysis due to a potential downgrade, following last week’s collapse of SVB.

Moody’s warned that the ratings of First Republic Bank ( FRC ), Zions ( ZION ), Western Alliance ( VAL ), Comerica ( CMA ), UMB Financial ( UMBF ) and Intrust Financial could be downgraded, explaining that “due to extremely volatile funding conditions , some American banks are exposed to the risk of an outflow of uninsured deposits”
