After Telegram founder Pavel Durov annouced Telegram premium earlier this month, the popular messaging app has started offering a subscription version to users.

Telegram Premium offers users access to additional features, priced at $4.99 per month.

Telegram Premium comes with a number of features, many of which will be enticing to Telegram’s now very large user base, which now numbers more than 700 million people. The basic version of the app is still free for everyone.
